Create print-ready designs, generate professional PDF proofs, and let customers review or refine their own layouts — all directly from the offer you're already working in.

If you're using TronManager today to send quotations and presentations, this integration extends what you can show your customers: not just products and prices, but a real, accurate visualization of how their printed product will look.

What you can do with the integration

Design directly from any offer. Open any offer, choose a product from the TronCloud catalog, and launch the Editor with one click. The Editor opens preloaded with your customer's logo — no upload required.

Create PDF proofs. Every design produces a downloadable, PDF proof suitable for review, customer approval, or sending straight to production.

Give customers control — on your terms. Decide what your customers can do in the offer preview: view the print details, edit the design themselves, remove the design and create a new design from scratch, or download the PDF proof. Every permission is configurable.

Replace static product photos with real visualizations. Once a print job is created for an offer group, your customer sees the actual product with their logo placed on it — not a generic catalog photo. This makes a measurable difference in how customers experience your offers.

Catalog-wide availability. The integration works across the entire TronCloud catalog, with clear indicators on each product showing whether full print data is available.

Where the integration fits in your workflow

The TronDesigner integration is part of TronManager's offer creation flow. Nothing about your existing process changes — you still create offers, add products, set prices, and send links the same way. The integration simply adds a new capability: any TronCloud product in your offer can now be designed for print, in real time.

If you don't use the integration on a particular offer, it stays invisible — your offer behaves exactly as it does today.
