Basic Information

This section provides the essential contact details for your company.

There are two main email addresses:

1. Sales Department: Emails will be sent to this contact if a customer approves a visualization.
2. DTP Department: Notifications about unsuccessful logo uploads will be sent to this contact.

It is strongly recommended that you set your sender name and the URL for your e-shop.

All notifications are sent from noreply@promotron.com address. If you are interested in having your email address for sending the notifications from your TronLogo application, please refer to the guide for setting up your Own Email Address Sender.

Allowed Domains

To ensure proper access to the application functions, the domains of the shop/portal utilizing TronLogo must be added.

When entering the domain, ensure you:

• Omit "https://" from the address.
• Exclude the "www." subdomain as well.

To add a URL, simply click "ADD", input the domain, and then press "Save".

Suppliers

When using TronLogo within TronShop, the suppliers will be automatically synchronized based on your selected suppliers in TronShop.

If you are implementing TronLogo independently without using TronShop, assigning and activating the required suppliers requires entering the correct Supplier ID or CODE that corresponds to the given supplier in your ERP system or webshop.

This ID or CODE can consist of numbers, characters, or a combination of both. Additionally, the same Supplier ID or CODE must be included in the webshop's HTML code to ensure proper functionality, as the webshop must recognize this code as well.

API Keys

If you are using TronLogo independently, all the necessary information for this setup is provided in the TronLogo manual. You can download the manual by clicking the DOWNLOAD MANUAL button at the bottom of this section.

Vizual & Colors

Here you can add your company logo and predefined colors that will be used in TronLogo. 

Primary color is applied to the pop-up window of the Logo Gallery1, Header, and one of the buttons in the Visualization editor of TronLogo, as well as the header of emails and any attached PDF files2.

Secondary color is used for the PDF footer attached to the email, that is sent to the customer and one of the buttons in the Visualization editor of  TronLogo

Visualization PDF

One of the default functions of the buttons in the Visualization Editor of TronLogo is PDF Visualization.

As expected, this feature generates a PDF of the visualization, which can then be sent directly to the customer's provided email address directly from the editor. In this section, you can customize the view of this attached PDF. 

After pressing this button, customers will be required to enter an email address where they wish to receive the visualization. Once provided, the PDF visualization will be sent directly to that email from the editor.

The customer will then receive an email with a PDF file attached. This file will include detailed information about the logo and its visualization of the selected product. EXAMPLE:

In this tab, you can set the basic elements of this PDF, such as Header, Footer, Colors, and Contacts, that will correspond to your brand identity.

Custom Editor Buttons

The Custom Editor Buttons feature when activated, allows users to personalize two buttons used in the Visualization editor of TronLogo.

Custom Texts

In this tab, you can customize the text that is shown in the second step of "Visualization in PDF" which is shown when the client provides his email address. 

There is already a text by default. To replace it with your check the "Use custom texts instead of default origin text" and "ADD NEW LANGUAGE VARIANT"

In the opened editor, you can input your text and use basic HTML elements for styling. If your shop supports multiple language versions, ensure you provide translations for the corresponding languages. Remember to save your changes before switching to a different language.

Custom Watermark

This is a premium feature available for an additional fee. If you are interested, you can either contact your sales representative directly or click the "I am interested in the feature" button. Clicking the button will automatically create a request on your behalf, and you will be contacted shortly with all relevant information.

This feature allows you to add a Watermark on created visualizations

Custom Default Logos

This is a premium feature available for an additional fee. If you are interested, contact your sales representative directly or click the "I am interested in the feature" button. Clicking the button will automatically create a request on your behalf, and you will be contacted shortly with all relevant information.

This feature allows you to populate the "Logo and Motive Gallery" with logos of your choice. You can add sample logos or even upload your company’s logo
