TronShop and TronLogo provide a custom email sender feature that requires contacting support, adding the sender domain as an authorized domain, and making DNS record changes, enabling users to send emails from a personalized sender address.
TronShop and TronLogo can use the custom email sender feature, which allows you to set up a custom email sender that customers will then see as the sender in their inboxes.
Since the custom email sender is a paid feature and we need to add the sender domain as an authorized domain, you must contact support at sales@promotron.com to activate it. Before the activation will be made, inputs in settings are disabled and cannot be edited.
After contacting support, you will hold a DNS record value that will need to be added to the current DNS records for your domain in order for the domain to be verified for sending emails from TronShop and TronLogo.
After activating your own sender, all emails from your TronShop and TronLogo will be sent from the specified address.
