TronShop Admin Settings

To change the purchase mode of your TronShop, simply go to the:

TronShop Admin portal > Settings > Shop Mode and here you can find the “Registration Mode” section. All modes are described below in this guide in the TronShop (Webshop behaviour) section.

TronShop (Webshop Behaviour)

There are 3 options you can select from:

1. Force account creation when creating an order (Purchase is allowed only for registered users)

In this mode, the shop behaves as you are used to and it’s a default option. (Nothing has changed). Upon the order creation, a customers account is created at the same time:

2. Purchase is allowed for registered and non-registered users

Below you can see the example of the layout for such settings.

a) With registration:

3. Purchase is allowed only for non-registered users (Customer is not allowed to create user account/register and login)

With this setting, the customer will not be able to create a user account upon creating an order.

Completing registration for non-registered customers

(Customers who have made orders in “without registration” mode)

There is a way how your customers can complete a "registration process" once they place an order on your TronShop, if they wish to do so.

The process is described below:

Go to the login screen and click on the “Complete Registration” link: 

Enter your email address to “Complete registration form” and click on the “Send” button:

In your inbox, you should find an email with a registration link - Click on it: 

Fill in all required info to the “Complete registration” form and click on the “Create account” button: 

The process is completed.
