TronPIM export - reading product data from your TronShop

Besides other possible exports from TronShop data (TronShop API or GMC feed) you can use our paid export directly for product data.

If you need to download product data, purchase prices, and sales prices from the e-store in an XML file and upload them to your ERP/CRM system, or connect your system online to download the current data and prices of a single product via API, the solution is our API access to product data service.

This service offers three types of exports for your product data. They include:

1. Basic product data with prices V1 - supplier, product code, product name, product description, sales prices, purchase prices, VAT
2. Basic product data with prices V2 - supplier, product code, product name, product description, sales prices, purchase prices, VAT, primary image URL
3. Intrastat product data V1 - supplier, product code, original product name, own product name (if it exists), TronCloud category ID, country of origin, tariff number, product weight
    

API calling:
Simple HTTP request — your API token is included directly in the URL along with filtering parameters.

Data can be obtained:
- For all products from TronShop (it is possible to limit this to one supplier) — creates a large XML file (dozens of MB), which may take several minutes to generate. After that it is available in cache and is not generated again for 24 hours.
- For one specific product — a single variant through the SKU code or all variants through the model code — creates a small XML file that is generated every time.

API limitations:
- The API service is always connected to one specific TronShop instance — additional TronShops require additional services
- The API service is activated for one chosen type of data export.
- The API service has access only to product data and languages contained in TronShop — it cannot load data that are not present in TronShop.
- The API service has monthly limits for calls, computing, and data volume
- After any quota is exceeded, the API will reject new calls until the 1st day of the next month
- Quotas can be increased — the monthly fee will increase accordingly
