TronAPI - XD Connects

1. Send a request to XD Connects in the following format: 

Dear XD Connects,

I’m using the ordering system of PromoTron. Please send me the access details required to enable the XD ordering API at XD Connects. By sending this request, I understand and acknowledge that orders submitted through this API will take immediate effect.

* If you want us to set up the ordering API for more than 1 account at XD Connects, please let us know.

2. Send a request to the Support team for activating XD Connect for TronAPI

3. Copy the required data from responce mail to the settings in the admin: 

• From Xd Connects, you should receive responce that will contain the following data: 

....

• API Token = https://eu.onetimesecret.com/secret..... 
• Security Code = https://eu.onetimesecret.com/secret.... 
• Customer Account Code = {CODE}
• Customer Account Number = {NUMBER}
• Company Name = Company Name

• Currency = e.g. DKK

  ......

IMPORTANT NOTE: Links provided for API Token and Security Code are ONE-TIME links where you will get your tokens!!! Before opening, prepare an environment where you will be able to copy and save those (e.g. Notepad)
 

• In your TronShop admin, navigate to Settings => Integrations => TronAPI, where you should see the activated supplier. Click on the pen icon on the right.  

* In case you see something different then on image above, reach the Support Team

• Copy data to coresponding fields of the pop-up. Don't forget to click SAVE

IMPORTANT NOTE: to fields API Token and Security Code, you need to enter the tokens that you have received on the links, not the links from mail!!

4. Send XD Connect Webhook URL

In response to the mail with credentials, send XD Connects Webhook URL. 
You can find it on the right at the bottom, or you can open settings and copy it from there.

From the moment XD Connect confirms activation, you can start sending the orders directly from the admin

All orders placed via the PromoTron ordering system take immediate effect. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review your orders carefully before submission. BEFORE submiting your firs order inform J.Eekhout@xdconnects.com

If you have submitted an order and notice any errors (such as incorrect quantity, wrong logo, incorrect logo size, etc.), please contact the XD Connects back office for your region IMMEDIATELY
