How to change the text of the "cookie bar"

Go to Settings > Environment > Custom Translations. Now enter "coo" or "cookie" into the search field and then change the text as desired.
If you only have one language in your shop, change the translation by using the green pencil icon.

If you have more languages, use the blue translations icon and enter translations into all of your languages.
