PromoTron Admin portal

Upon logging into the PromoTron admin portal via https://portal.promotron.com or https://portal.promotron.com/tronclient/dashboard, you will be greeted with the dashboard.

From here You can access all the products and services you are using, along with their respective settings.

Your Services - ADMINISTRATION

In this section, you can manage the admin settings for the services you’re subscribed to.
Please note that TronCalculator does not have an admin portal.

• Shop Status:
  • Published and running: Indicates that your shop is operational.
  • Suspended: Indicates that your license has expired and needs renewal.
• Accessing Admin Settings:
  You can enter the admin settings of a service by clicking on its corresponding icon or the "Published and running" text.
  For example, clicking the icon or name of a specific service, such as TronLogo, will take you to its admin settings, where you can make adjustments as needed.
• Shop Link: Clicking the link will open your shop directly.

Your Account

	Clicking on this will direct you to our HelpDesk, where you can create a ticket or consult our documentation if you need assistance or encounter any issues.
	From here, you will be redirected to your company profile as it exists on the platform. In this section, you can add or edit your business details.

How to add a user

In TronShop, there is no limit to the number of users you can add. You may create as many user accounts as needed.

To add a new user, you will need the following information:

• Name

• Email address

Follow these steps:

• Pick settings on the Admin panel

• Scroll down to the bottom group of tabs, Contacts | Addresses | Users. Pick [Users] tab

• Here cllick the “+” (plus) button to add a new contact.

• In the opened pop-up, fill in all the fields marked with [*]. 
  PLESE NOTE: After creating the user, you will not be able to change any of the fields
  Save changes

After this, you should be able to see the created user in the list. 

• Send a password reset email to the user so they can create their own password by clicking the key icon on the right
