Set up company profile, contact information and social sites

Here you can find instructions for adding and displaying company contacts in documents and accompanying PDF files, including mandatory details and the process of adding contact information to the header.

Setting up Contacts

In order to have your company contacts displayed in your documents and accompanying PDF files, you need to enter them in the section Settings > Basic information > Contacts

Fill in at least the mandatory details (marked with *), which are the following ones:

• Official shop name
• Official shop domain
• Shop Responsible Person
• Company
• Street
• City
• ZIP code
• Country

Your contact information will be displayed in documents and accompanying PDF files as you can see below.

Social Sites

Do not forget to enter all your contact information - necessary links, phone numbers, email addresses etc. To create new contact:

If you want to edit an existing contact, then just click on the pencil icon on the right side of the contact and change needable info.

Show contact information in header

Configure your phone and email in header of your TronShop so visitors to easily access you.

Once configured, clients will find the phone and email information prominently displayed at the header's top section.
