Based on the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) set to take effect on December 13, 2024, online retailers must ensure product listing transparency. This includes displaying supplier details and providing clear product safety information to consumers.
To help you comply with these regulations, our platform has been designed to make this process seamless. By enabling the visibility of supplier information and safety details, you can meet the requirements effortlessly while building trust with your customers.
To enable Visibility for Supplier Details and Product Safety Information in your admin navigate to the tab Settings => Environment => Shop Mode. There, in sections "Legal & Regulation" you will find the toggle to enable this function. After turning on the toggle don't forget to SAVE
All required information will be displayed in your Shop directly on the product in the tab "Specifications"
IMPORTANT NOTE
The platform displays all the information provided by suppliers. If certain details are missing, it means the supplier has not shared that information. Unfortunately, we are unable to fill in the gaps on their behalf. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to the supplier directly for further clarification.
Alternatively, you can manually add the missing details on behalf of the supplier. Please note that this action will be done under your responsibility.
To manually add or edit product details, follow these steps in your admin panel:

Navigate to the Product Catalog
In the admin panel go to the tabProducts => Product Catalog, and locate the product whose specifications you want to edit. -
Open Product Details
Click on the product to access its details. -
Go to the Parameters Tab
Scroll down to the bottom tabs and selectParameters => Base => Compliance => GPSR. -
Add or Edit Specifications
In this section, you can add or edit the information displayed in the product's specifications. Use the"Add Own Value"option to input the missing details.
