Occasionally, pricing discrepancies can occur, leading to confusion. This may be due to data issues, supplier pricing, or other factors.
Basic steps
To identify these issues, follow these steps:
1. Verify the accuracy of a product's price to ensure the purchase is correct.
To perform this check, navigate to Products > Product Catalog
and select any product of your choice.
2. Once you've selected a product, proceed to the "Price" category. If there are multiple color options, choose any of them (if applicable).
3. Examine the "Purchase price" for a single unit.
PLEASE TAKE ATTENTION
If the "Sale price" equals the "Purchase price," it indicates potential issues with your Price Policies that may have been configured incorrectly. To solve the issue You can check the article Setting up price policies or our Support Team can help you.
