Add new company
Press on "+" below the list, and Customer editor will appear.
Customer editor:
This section appears to be a tool or interface for users to edit details about a customer, particularly if that customer is a company. The editor can be broken down into several subsections:

COMPANY INFORMATION:
This subsection gathers general details about the company.

Name: This field requires the name of the company.

Location: A mandatory field for entering the location of the company.
-
Registration number: This might be a unique identification number for the company, perhaps associated with its formal registration in a certain jurisdiction.

TAX No.: The tax identification number for the company.

VAT payer: A binary choice where one selects whether the company is a Value Added Tax (VAT) payer or not. The options are "yes" or "no".

VAT number: If the company is a VAT payer, this could be the specific VAT identification number for the company.

COMPANY SETTINGS:
This subsection is to deal with more specific settings or classifications related to the company.

Type: A mandatory field, this may refer to the category of the company, such as whether it's a commercial company, foundation company, etc.

State: Another required field, this refer to the operational status of the company (Active Subject, New Wainting, ect.).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There's room for users to add more details or notes about the company.
After all mandatory field are filled, you can press "SAVE" button.
The comprany's page will be opened. There you will need to create persons, contacts and addresses. All this information persists below.
Edit
Click on the name of the customer you want to edit... for example I choose a customer called Company...
In new window you will find the profile of the chosen Company
In new windows press on "Edit" button on left corner above. New windows with Customer Editor will pop up.

Show All Orders
This section allows you to review the status of every order placed by a particular company.
At the top, filtering options are available to narrow down your search. Additionally, you can switch to a different customer using the designated field.
Your search isn't limited to just the Order State, Delivery Method, and Order Date. You can also directly input specific order details into the search field.
If you wish to export the data of orders, simply hit the "Export Data" button.
In the export settings, define the Order Dates, Order State, Delivery Status, Supplier, and desired output format (either .json or .xml).
Once you've made your selections, press "Export" to download the file.

Persons
You can modify the details of individuals associated with a specific company.
Not only can you add new individuals, but you can also edit or remove existing ones.
Editing Person
A new window displays the contact details of the selected individual from the company, highlighting primary contacts such as email and mobile phone, along with their address.
By clicking the "Edit" button at the top of the screen, you can update the primary information about the company's representative.
Person Card settings

Person Information:
This subsection provides basic and essential details about the person.
- First name*: Mandatory field indicating the person's given name.
- Last name*: Mandatory field indicating the person's family or surname.
- Degree before: Academic or professional title the person may have earned, which is placed before the name (e.g., Dr., Prof.).
- Degree after: Academic or professional title that appears after the name (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.).
- Email confirmed: This is a checkbox indicating whether the person's email address has been verified.
- Email*: Mandatory field for the person's email address.
- Sex: Specifies the gender of the person.

Person Settings:
Here, preferences or personal settings related to the individual are captured.
- Location: Where the person is based or their preferred location.
- Language: The primary language or languages spoken by the person.

Work Information:
This section provides details regarding the person's professional background or current occupation.
- Job type: It might refer to the nature of the person's employment, such as full-time, part-time, consultant, etc.
- Job name: The specific designation or title of the person's role within the company.

Additional Information:
Further details or personal preferences related to the individual are captured in this section.
- Salutation first: How the person prefers to be addressed initially in communication, e.g., "Dear [First Name]" or "Hello [Title]".
- Salutation last: How the person might prefer to be addressed at the end or in closing, potentially in more formal communications.
- Send newsletter: This could be a checkbox or option indicating whether the person wishes to receive newsletters, likely from the company or an associated entity.
Editing Contact
To modify the contact details of this individual, simply click on the pencil icon, and a new window will pop up.
If you want to add a new contact, click the "+" button, and a similar, blank window will appear.
Editing Addresses
In the Adresses category you can modify the adresses details of this individual, simply click on the pencil icon. If there is empty, then click on "+". A new window will pop up.
This section is designed to capture the detailed address for an individual.
Basic Address Details:
- Name/Company: The name of the person or the company this address belongs to.
- Street*: The main street or road name of the address.
- Street num.*: The specific number or identifier of the property on the given street.
- Additional info: Supplementary details such as the building name, floor number, or other relevant information to pinpoint the exact location.
- City*: The city where the address is located.
- Zip*: The postal or zip code corresponding to the address.
- Location*: This could refer to a larger geographical area, perhaps a state, province, or country.
- Further Details:
- Type*: The purpose or category of this address. Options include:
- Billing Address: Used for invoicing purposes.
- Delivery Address: Where goods or correspondence should be delivered.
- Warehouse Address: The location of a storage facility.
- Showroom Address: A place where goods are displayed for sale or viewing.
- Factory Address: The location of a manufacturing plant.
- Priority*: The importance or rank of this address in relation to others. Options include:
- Primary Address: The main address.
- Secondary Address: An alternative to the primary address.
- Additional Address: Any other address that doesn't fit the primary or secondary categorization.
- Type*: The purpose or category of this address. Options include:
- Address alias: A nickname or short reference name for the address, making it easier to identify or recall.
Contacts
This section captures various ways to communicate with a company.
To add new Contatcs to the company. Go to the Contacts category and press button "+".
New window will pop up. You have to enter all needed information.

Type of Contact*:
Users are required to specify the medium of the contact. Options include:

E-mail Address: Electronic mail contact details.

Phones: Telephone numbers, which could be landline or mobile.

Chats: Instant messaging or chat platforms.

Socials: Social media profiles or handles.

Links: Referring to websites, blogs, or other URLs.

Contact*:This is where the specific contact details are entered based on the type selected. For instance, if "Phones" is selected as the type, then here, the actual phone number would be entered.

Use: This might be a field or checkbox indicating whether this contact detail should be used or is active.

Purpose*: This determines the reason or context for the contact. Options include:

General Company Contact: Used for general inquiries or communication related to a company.

Personal Work Contact: A contact method specifically for work-related matters but pertaining to an individual rather than the company as a whole.

Personal Private Contact: A more personal means of contact, perhaps for close colleagues, friends, or family.

Priority*: This field categorizes the contact based on its importance or frequency of use:

Primary Contact: This is the main or most often used contact method.
