If you want to add a smaller number of products to your shop (a few pieces or a few hundreds of them), either your own ones or from a supplier who is not integrated into TronShop yet, you can do it manually in your administration.

For manual adding of own products, go to Products > Own Products
and click on the "+" button:

Single Product Adding
To start work with single product you should see this screen...
Main Information
... so let me explain what are all the fields in the Tab Main Information for.
PLEASE TAKE ATTENTION
You need to fill in at least the mandatory fields marked by *, otherwise the product can neither be saved nor saved and synchronised.
- Type - Choose between creating a "Model" or a "Single Product" which is essentially a variant known as a "Stock Keeping Unit" (SKU) within the model.
- State - Determine the state of the product as either "Active in Sale" or "Terminated." If marked as "Terminated," the product won't be visible in your shop unless you reinstate it as "Active in Sale."
- Own product code - if you have your own code for this product, enter it here. If you do not have it, enter the Suppliers code.
- Supplier product code - enter the product code provided to you by the supplier (in case of your own product, enter your own product code)
- EAN code = Corresponds to the product's barcode.
- Product name - enter the name of your product. If you have more than 1 language in your TronShop, you can click on the translations icon and add the names in all shop laguages
- Description - add a description of the product
- Keywords -Include relevant keywords to optimize SEO results.
- Minimum order quantity - Set the minimum order quantity required for each order.
- Multiply order quantity - Specify the order quantity interval. For example, if set to "5," customers can order in increments of 5 (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.).

Printing - you have to choose between:
- Printing Unavailable = product can be ordered only without printing
- Printing On Demand = you have to offer the printing prices to your customers separately
- Printing Included = the printing costs are included within the product price
- Brand name - enter the name of the product brand (if existing)

Indication - Select relevant indications to provide comprehensive product information. Tick the appropriate checkboxes from the available options.
EXAMPLE of Indication
Product states - if you tick Novelty, Bestseller and On Sale...
... the product will have these 3 labels in the product listing - see an example:
Furthermore, you can select indications related to Environment protection and others.
- Function - Does the product possess any distinctive functions or features? If so, please indicate by selecting the appropriate option.
- Seasonality - Is this product tailored for a particular season or holiday? If yes, please mark the relevant option.

Stock - Opt for the most appropriate choice that describes the product's current stock status.

- Stock quantity - Indicate the number of pieces available in the current stock inventory.
Good job, you filled in Main Information. Now either click on the button SAVE AND SYNC to save and synchronise (= add) your product to the shop or SAVE to save the data you entered, but without synchronising (adding) the product to your shop.
If you click on SAVE AND SYNC, you will see this...
.. and after a few seconds this...
... as the product is synchronised, just click on CLOSE.
If you click on SAVE your product will not be added to your shop, but the data will be saved for further processing, so that you can edit the newly created product later.
Properties
Now, let´s go to the Tab Properties:
- Section Pricing settings - 1 - Individual Sale Price Policy - select the appropriate Sale Policy by clicking on arrow.

- Section Material - 2 - in the field All materials:
Please list all the materials the product is made of. In the field Material find the material/s the product is made of and tick it/them.
- Section Logistics - 3 - you can add a description or name of the product packaging. By clicking on the translation icon you can add the translations to all the languages you are using in your shop.
Categories
Finished? Then click on SAVE and go to tab Categories and tick the category/categories or subcategory/subcategories in which your product shall be shown in your shop and then click on SAVE AND SYNC.
VAT
If you need to change the VAT level for your own product, it is necessary to find the product in the Product catalogue section for example by the product ID.
Now find the product in the Product catalogue. Access the editation and edit the VAT level which should be already prepared in the VAT section.
Edit the VAT for the level needed.

Model Products Adding
Main Information
Now let´s go through the settings of a Model. That is necessary when you want to sell a product which is available in more variants (sizes/colors/capacities etc.)

Once you've completed these steps:
Click on the "SAVE" button to secure your entered information. Next, navigate to the "Categories" tab.
Categories
In the "Categories" tab, select the relevant category or subcategories where you wish your product to be displayed in your shop. After selection, click on "SAVE AND SYNC."
Variants
Now, you'll need to configure variant differences using one or two dimensions, such as color, data capacity, and more. The choice is yours.
If you've created a model, you can now generate variants based on that model. Go to the "Variants" tab to begin this process. If you observe an existing variant, don't worry; you'll learn how to create a new one. Click on "CREATE NEW" and a new window will appear, prompting you to input the necessary details.

Complete the required information, then click "SAVE." Proceed to the "Properties" tab. In this section, you only need to input values that differ from the model's default values.
After confirming your changes, select "SAVE" once more, and proceed to the "Prices" tab for the final steps.
Here add all the desired purchase price levels (1)
In case you want to delete some levels, click on the dustbin icon (2)
Sale prices will be calculated based on the sales pricing policy assigned in the previous steps.

Once finished, click on SAVE and go to Tab Images.
Images
Now upload an image or choose from the existing images and in case you want to show this product variant in your shop, click on SAVE AND SYNC.
In case you plan to make further changes or add other variants, just click on SAVE.
