Dynamic Forms

Current implementation of dynamic forms can be only managed by the DEV team through DB configuration. In the future we are going to implement a new generation of Dynamic Forms which will be fully managed by shop owners through TronShop Admin and there will be an option to add new fields to the forms.

Nowadays only a limited number of fields are manageable through Dynamic Forms and you will find these options in this article below.

Fields Configuration Options

Here are the various field settings and their respective functionalities:

1. Visibility Settings:
   You can specify visiability for users.

   • Visible: The input field is visible to users.
   • Hidden: The input field remains hidden from users.

2. Requirement Settings:
   You can specify mandatory for users.

   • Mandatory: Users must provide input in this field.
   • Optional: Users can provide input if they wish, but it's not compulsory.

3. Placeholder: You can specify if it displays a guiding text in the input field until the user fills it in.

4. Input Length:

   • Min. Length: You can specify the minimum number of characters required in the input field.
   • Max. Length: You can specify the maximum number of characters allowed in the input field.

To place an order, customers need to input essential details. In the following section, we clarify the significance of each field.

Contact Information

Effective communication with clients is fundamental in business. 'Contact Information' is more than just a list—it's the backbone of these interactions. This encompasses traditional details such as names and phone numbers and extends to modern channels like emails. Each provides a unique avenue to connect.

Below are field we provide, and what you can change in them.

1. First Name
   Сan not be adjusted: always mandatory; placeholder; min. length; max. length
2. Last Name
   Сan not be adjusted: always mandatory; placeholder; min. length; max. length
3. Email
   Can not be adjusted - it’s always mandatory
4. Phone
   Сan be adjusted: placeholder; min. length; max. length
   Сan not be adjusted: always visible; always mandatory;
   
5. Password 
   Can not be adjusted - It’s controlled by Shop Registration Mode 
6. Confirm Password 
   Can not be adjusted - It’s controlled by Shop Registration Mode 

Billing Address

In the context of an online shop, a "billing address" refers to the address associated with a client's payment method, such as a credit card or bank account. Online merchants use this address to verify the authenticity of a transaction and to ensure the correct individual is charged.
